We offer a variety of opportunities for those starting out in their career or looking to strengthen their academic studies with hands-on experience. We partner with local schools, colleges, and universities, offering interesting and rewarding apprenticeships, placement schemes and work experience.
Applications for our apprenticeship scheme open yearly from March to April. The scheme is run in conjunction with Wiltshire College. Applications are initially managed by the government’s apprenticeship service.

We currently work with two schools local to our Bradford on Avon UK office to host work experience opportunities for year 10 and 12 students – if you’re a student at St Laurence or Melksham Oak, please discuss opportunities with your career’s teams. In addition, we periodically host work experience weeks, and applications will be open on our vacancies page.
We have created a structured graduate scheme where successful applicants spend their two years rotating through various teams, embedding in projects to obtain a solid platform for their career. We advertise our placement and graduate opportunities in the winter, so keep an eye on our vacancies page from December through to February.
