Japanese equipment rental service to be showcased at JSAE 2024

We are set to debut our Japan-based equipment rental service alongside our comprehensive test solutions at the JSAE Automotive Engineering Exposition in Yokohama, Japan. This newly launched equipment rental service, conveniently housed at the JARI (Japanese Automobile Research Institute) proving ground, offers manufacturers access to a comprehensive range of market-leading test equipment and a team of expert support to conduct the testing for them.

Alongside the new equipment rental service, we will also be showcasing a comprehensive range of test equipment, including:

  • TrackFi PowerMesh  - TrackFi PowerMesh is a dual-band wireless mesh network, capable of creating secure scalable wireless networks to provide low latency and high bandwidth data transfer between multiple vehicles and ADAS targets. It enables the control and monitoring of systems on a proving ground allowing engineers to gather accurate and real-time data from multiple systems, enabling more efficient testing and analysis.
  • GTC Remote   - The recently launched GTC Remote is a hand-held device enabling test operators to control single ADAS platforms without the requirement for a static base station. It is particularly suited for setting up Vulnerable Road User (VRU) ADAS tests where only one target is required. By reducing the need for hardware components, the remote streamlines the logistics of test setup meaning more time is spent on track testing.
  • Euro NCAP Approved Test Solutions - Also on display is our extensive range of Euro NCAP-approved test solutions. This includes the LaunchPad Spin motion platform and the Soft Pedestrian 360 and Soft Motorcycle 360 ADAS targets.
